Appointment Policy

Walk-Ins are welcome. Standing appointments do come first, so we would recommend that you make an appointment to assure you receive the best experience possible.

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes earlier to check in and fill out any information if you are new to the salon. Our time is valuable: we ask that you are on time for your appointment or you will not get the best experience possible due to the next appointment arriving. 

Cancellation Policy

We respectfully ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice to fill in your time. If you cancel or no-show 3 times in a row, we ask that you walk in for your next appointment without scheduling it. If we have time when you walk in for a service, we would be happy to help you.

Recommendations

Our salon is a place for relaxation. We ask that you turn off all cell phones and all electronics for your peace of mind and that of our guests. Children are to be accompanied by an adult. If they do not have an appointment, we ask that they please stay seated in the reception area along with an adult.
